Usage:
When you are on line and you hear the beeps, hang up the handset (you will hear a tonality), press on number 2, so will be able to answer the second call and put the first one on hold.
To alternate between the two calls, hang up the handset, then press on number 2. If you want to stop the current conversation and move to the party on hold, hang up the handset and then press on number 1.

Gives you greater control and flexibility by allowing you to divert calls to another number while you are not available or don't wish to be disturbed. You can set all incoming calls to be unconditionally forwarded to a specific number you select.

You can make another call to a third person when you are already on a call. If you wish, you can then have a three-way conversation (conference).

1. Put on hold the first party and call the second one:

2. Alternate between the two conversations:

Allows customers to advertise one directory number and have more than one line connected to that number. This features distributes incoming calls evenly across all available lines, using a 'cyclic' hunting pattern to progressively search for a vacant line to receive the call.
