A1: Use OGERO's relay service that allows you to send email by changing Outgoing mail server (SMTP) to mail.ogero.gov.lb.

Q2: How do I sign up for a new account?
|

A2: On OGERO's main page, in the Bill Details section, click on the link "signup for a new account". In the signup form enter your information and click on submit.

Q3: How do I log in to my user profile?
|
 |
A3: From OGERO's main page, in the Bill Details section, enter either your username or telephone number depending on which one you used when you created your signup, then click on the login button.

Q4: How do I enroll my telephone number?

A4: Click on the Enroll number tab, enter your telephone numbers details, and submit. Make sure your information is correct or enrolling will not work |

Q5: If I don't have the information required to enroll my telephone number, and I need to enroll my DSL number, what do I do?

A5: On the Enroll number page, click on the link "if the information below is not available click here to enroll your DSL number" . Then provide your DSL number "DSL رقم" and the application number " طلب رقم" from your DSL application form.

Q6: How can I verify my usage? |

A6: You first need to create an online account with OGERO. After this, you can log in to your account by entering your username and password, you enroll your number, and then you click on the view usage link. |

Q7: Does my usage get reset by the beginning of the month?

A7: Yes, any unused volume from your quota will expire by the end of the month. |

Q8: Do I pay for my DSL usage seperately, by the end of the month, or is payment done with my telephone bill?

A8: Payment for DSL subscription and usage will show on your telephone bill and will be issued every month. |

Q9: The first month for which I have installed the DSL line, do I pay for the entire volume or only for the used volume?

A9: OGERO will only charge for used volume during the first month of installation. During the following months the charge will be according per volume, used or not used. |

Q10: What do I do if I forget my password?

A10: Send us a mail by clicking on contact us from any page on our website, and include your username, telephone number, the installation date, and the amount of the last paid bill. We will mail you your password. |
